1.Where is Style and Smiles store located?
We are currently dealing online and do not maintain an outlet.
2.What Products do you offer?
We mainly offer all kinds of Baby & Kids outfits from popular brands across the World. We also have a variety of beauty items, accessories and toys.
3. Are your Products original?
All products are 100% original and branded. These are not the leftovers or products with minor defects at all. You can shop at a better price than market with home delivery nationwide and Cash on Delivery facility.
4. Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order limit for any products available at Style & Smiles website.
5. How can I stay updated about the products at Style & Smiles?

ABOUT DELIVERY
6. How long does it take to deliver the product?
Standard delivery time is about 7 working days after confirmation of the order. This is just an estimated time and does not include weekends and holidays. Delivery can take longer in remote areas in Pakistan.
7. What happens if a package is returned to us because it is undeliverable?
In case a package returned to us because it was undeliverable, we will issue a full refund, if the payment was made online prior to the shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Why would a package be returned to us as undeliverable?
We may receive packages as undeliverable for the following reasons:
- Incomplete or Incorrect Mailing Address
- Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability of the customer
- Refused by the recipient.
9. How do I track my Order?
A shipment tracking number of your order is send to you via email. You can track your order using the tracking number from the ‘Track Your Order’ link from our website. In case, the link does not work, you may call or inbox us on Facebook or through website chat anytime to confirm your order status, and our representative will facilitate you within 24 hours.
10. When can I track my Order?
The tracking numbers are assigned to packages within 24 hours and appear in the shipping confirmation email sent to you. It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Please note that this means even though your package has left our warehouse, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.
11. My order is late than the expected time, what can I do about it?
Orders that are shipped via a trackable method will have tracking information available. If you are having any problems with your order, please check the order status using the tracking number from the “Track my Order” link on the website.
If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable. However, you can contact us on Whatsapp or email us at styleandsmilespk@gmail.com along with the Order e-mail receipt and tracking number, so that our representative and look into the matter and get back to you.
12. I still have not received my order
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email confirmation with your order tracking number. A link to the appropriate courier's site will be provided for easy tracking. You can also check your order status by selecting the “Track Your Order” link at the bottom of our website. However, please allow 24 hours for the tracking number(s) to activate.
13. What information do we gather about you?
We collect information directly from you. The types of information we may collect include your name, contact details, email address, mailing address, and any other information you choose to provide.

14. What forms of Payment are accepted?
For customers’ convenience, we accept COD (Cash on Delivery) and all kinds of Online Transfer as per customers’ requirements.
15. How can I make an online payment?
For online payments, please contact us through Whatsapp (+92 330 3050602), and our representative will provide you with the Bank Account details wherein you can deposit the amount and share a receipt with us.
ABOUT REFUND OR EXCHANGE
16. How can I exchange or return the item?
The items can be returned or exchanged if they meet our Return & Exchange Policy. In the case of Exchange, the Customer will have to send us the product back using any courier company at its own expense. It is customers responsibility until products reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend sending packages via a recognized courier service.

17. What is your refund policy?
Style & Smiles value its customers, we believe in providing 100% satisfaction. If the customer is not satisfied, they may return or exchange the product if they meet our Return & Exchange Policy. The return policy is subject to change.
- The product must be returned within 3 days period.
- The product must not be used or unpacked (needs to be in the same condition as received).

18. Can I cancel or Change my Order?
Since most orders begin processing immediately, there is a short window in cancelling or changing an order, as our system is designed to fill orders within 24 hours and get them on their way as quickly as possible. We will make every effort and attempt to accommodate changes to or cancellations of orders that have not yet processed; however, the cancellation or changes will not be guaranteed once the order begins processing.
If less than 5 hours have passed since submitting your order, you may either:
