Style & Smiles is an online store in Pakistan, which mainly offers all kinds of Baby & Kids outfits from popular brands across the World. The store also has a variety of beauty items, accessories and toys. All products are 100% original. You can shop at a better price than market with home delivery nationwide and Cash on Delivery facility.
DELIVERY POLICY
I. Delivery Timelines
Your business is important to us and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can. We offer nationwide delivery. However, the standard delivery time is around 7 working days after confirmation of the order. This is an estimated time and does not include weekends and holidays. Delivery can take longer in remote areas in Pakistan. Please note that on occasion, such as during the holiday period and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time.
II. Order Tracking
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email confirmation with your order tracking number. A link to the appropriate courier’s site will be provided for easy tracking. You can also check your order status by selecting the “Track my Order” link at the bottom of our website. However, please allow 24 hours for the tracking number(s) to activate.
It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. Please note that this means even though your package has left our warehouse, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.
III. Packaging
We make every effort to ship your complete order with minimal excess packaging. However, in some instances your order may arrive in multiple packages.
IV. Oversized Items
- Oversized items may incur a delay in shipping, as there will be special delivery requirements.
- Delivery of oversized, volumetric or overweight items directly to customers in certain remote locations may not be possible or may incur additional delivery charges. In these instances, a customer service representative will contact you to discuss the handling of your order.
- Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized products shipping.
V. Undelivered Packages
Every once in a while, we may have a package returned to us because it was undeliverable due to various possible reasons, such as, unavailability of the customer, incorrect / incomplete mailing address, failed delivery attempt or refusal by the recipient. Usually, the courier company will make another attempt by contacting the consignee to confirm the availability of the customer or may ask for further information about the address. However, if the item will still be undeliverable in second attempt, we will issue a full refund (incase the payment was made online prior to the shipment) for the price of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Like everything at Style & Smiles, our return and exchange policy has your best interests in mind. We aim to facilitate all our customers if they are not completely satisfied with their purchase, and wish to exchange or return their purchased items. However, all items must return to us within 3 days from the date of parcel received under the following terms and conditions:
- All refunds and exchange are subject to physical inspection of the merchandises.
- Style & Smiles will not exchange or refund for any used, worn or washed products.
- The original brand tag and price labels must attach with the product along with the purchase invoice or order confirmation e-mail / screen shot.
- We advise our customers selecting reliable and recognized courier service when returning the products to Style & Smiles, to ensure that we receive your return safely and timely.
- The customer will be responsible for paying return postage.
- Style & Smiles hold the rights to decline exchange request based on physical inspection of the products.
- Style & Smiles is not responsible for items we do not receive.
- Products purchased on a discount or sale may not be qualified for an exchange.
- Additional delivery charges are applied in case of exchange or return of products.
- We offer free pick up service and exchange the item or refund your full purchase price, if the wrong products being dispatched to customers or those have defects.
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days after the physical inspection of the products when they are returned to us. However, the delivery charges will be not refunded.
- If the customer lost the receipt, we may ask for further details about the orders to track the details.
Defective Products
We at Style & Smiles are committed to providing you with quality products. Any of our products with a quality defect can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange.
ORDER CHANGING OR CANCELLATION POLICY
Since most orders begin processing immediately, there is a short window in cancelling or changing an order, as our system is designed to fill orders within 24 hours and get them on their way as quickly as possible. We will make every effort and attempt to accommodate changes to or cancellations of orders that have not yet processed; however, the cancellation or changes will not be guaranteed once the order begins processing.
If less than 5 hours have passed since submitting your order, you may either:

- Send a message from our website chat option.
Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties
Occasionally an order or part of an order may be cancelled for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- The item(s) are not available.
- The shipping address could not be verified.
- Unavailability of the consignee
If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notice regarding your order via e-mail. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
EMAILS ABOUT YOUR ORDERS
After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order status. Below are some examples of e-mails you might receive:
- Order Confirmation: This e-mail confirms that we have received your order, and includes your order number as well as the electronic receipt. We recommend that you keep this e-mail for your records.
- Delivery Confirmation: This e-mail confirms that your order, or part of your order, has been shipped. If there were any remaining items in your order that were not shipped you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of each item. The tracking number will be included in this email.
- Important Notice About Your Order: There are a few reasons why you would receive this e-mail, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship your item(s) to the address provided, or cancellation of order.
PRIVACY POLICY
We value our customer’s trust and take their privacy policy seriously. Therefore, we aim to provide the highest level of security possible and take all necessary measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. Any information you provide will be governed by this privacy policy and our terms & conditions. In some cases, additional information may be required to process your order and we may contact you to verify your order information.
